§ 2.90.140. Service by mail and filing.

A.

If service by mail is used, three days will be added for response time from the date of mailing. The party must certify the date mailed on the document. If the deadline falls on a weekend or holiday, the deadline shall fall on the next borough business day.

B.

All documents shall be filed with the clerk.
