§ 2.90.130. Motions.

A.

All motions shall be served in the manner set forth in the Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure, and the answering party shall have seven borough business days from date of service to respond, and the moving party shall have five borough business days to reply, unless another time has been agreed upon in the prehearing conference.

B.

For good cause shown, either party may apply to the hearing officer for an extension of the time for hearing.
