§ 21.44.120. Nonconforming lots.

An undeveloped lot which is nonconforming as to lot dimension or area may be used for any use allowed in the district in which it is located provided:
A.

It was legally created and of record prior to the date of original adoption of the LOZD; and

B.

All development complies with all other ordinance requirements.
