Editor's note

Ord. No. 2013-29 , § 8, adopted August 6, 2013, amended the Code by repealing former § 21.06.055 in its entirety. Former § 21.06.055 pertained to restrictions within floodplains for habitat protection, required permits, fuel storage tanks and logging, and conditions, and derived from Ord.
