§ 2.90.290. Consequences of violations.

In addition to any disciplinary action, the mayor shall determine if any or all of the following shall be ordered:
A.

Voidance of any grant, contract, lease or other agreement or arrangement entered into in violation of this chapter;

B.

Recovery of any fee, compensation, gift or benefit given to an employee;

C.

Pursuit of any other available legal or equitable remedy; or

D.

Pursuit of any possible criminal actions.
