§ 2.56.030. Homer comprehensive plan adopted.

A.

The assembly adopts the "2018 Homer Comprehensive Plan" approved by Homer Ordinance 18-47 on November 26, 2018 as the official borough comprehensive plan for that portion of the borough within the boundaries of the City of Homer.

B.

The assembly adopts the Homer Non-motorized Transportation and Trail Plan as an element of the borough's comprehensive plan for that portion of the borough within the boundaries of the City of Homer.

C.

The assembly adopts and incorporates the 2006 Homer Area Transportation Plan in Chapter 3 of the borough's comprehensive plan for that portion of the borough within the boundaries of the City of Homer.

D.

The assembly adopts and incorporates the Homer Town Center Plan in Chapter 1 of the borough's comprehensive plan for that portion of the borough within the boundaries of the City of Homer.

E.

The assembly adopts and incorporates the Homer Spit Comprehensive Plan as an element of that portion of the borough within the boundaries of the city limits of Homer.
