§ 22.40.070. Agenda—Tabled and continued matters.

    A question which has been tabled may be removed from the table on the same meeting date at which the tabling occurred. If not removed from the table in accordance with this section the tabled question may only be brought back before the assembly as provided in this section.

    B.

    Any items which have been tabled may be considered either at an assembly meeting following the assembly meeting at which notice of consideration of the legislative items is given by an assembly member, or at the next assembly meeting after notice to the clerk as provided in Section 22.40.050 for the inclusion in the packet.

    C.

    The clerk shall maintain a list of tabled items. This list shall be stricken at the end of the meeting at which certification of the regular municipal election takes place.
