§ 21.44.140. Rezoning.

A.

Amendments to LOZDs may be initiated to repeal a zone, change the type of zone or modify the boundaries of the zoning district by following the process for establishing a LOZD set forth in KPB 21.44.040.

B.

The planning commission shall make a recommendation to the assembly regarding the repeal or change in zone or modification of boundaries. All rezone petitions are subject to assembly approval.
