§ 21.42.100. Development standards.

A.

Setbacks. No structures shall be allowed within the following described portions of lots:

1.

Riverfrontage lots.

a.

Front yard: 40 feet (from roadway);

b.

Rear yard: 20 feet (from high water mark);

c.

Side yards: 10 feet.

2.

All other lots.

a.

Front yard: 20 feet (from roadway);

b.

Rear yard: 20 feet;

c.

Side yards: 10 feet.

B.

Maximum lot coverage by buildings: 20%

C.

Lot size: minimum lot size shall be 40,000 square feet.

D.

Maximum building height: 2½ stories, or 35 feet whichever is less.
