§ 21.40.090. Development standards.

A.

There shall be a 20 foot building setback from all dedicated rights of way.

B.

Structures commonly associated with residential dwellings, i.e. garages, storage sheds, greenhouses, workshops, and a single, noncommercial guest house per parcel are allowed within the district.

C.

Minimum lot size shall be 40,000 square feet.
