§ 21.29.110. Violations.

A.

Violations of this chapter shall be governed by KPB 21.50.

B.

In addition to the remedies provided in KPB 21.50, the planning director may require bonding in a form and amount adequate to protect the borough's interests for an owner or operator who has been cited for three violations of KPB 21.50, 21.25, and 21.29 within a three-year period. The violations need not be committed at the same material site. Failure to provide requested bonding may result in permit revocation proceedings.
