§ 21.09.060. Nonconforming structures.

Any structure which existed prior to the adoption of this chapter but does not meet the provisions of this chapter shall be allowed to continue subject to the following:
A.

No alterations may be made which increase the nonconformity;

B.

Should such structure be destroyed to an extent greater than 50 percent, it shall be reconstructed to conform to this chapter.
