§ 21.02.040. Establishing the boundaries.

A.

Boundaries of an APC shall be established for purposes of determining the area of influence and clarifying the area affected by any recommendations which may be proposed.

B.

The planning director shall organize a community meeting to discuss the proposed boundary.

C.

The proposed boundaries shall be included in an ordinance establishing an APC.
