§ 16.60.050. Board—Election of officers and quorum.

    3 members of the board shall constitute a quorum; however, any action shall require the affirmative vote of 3 board members.

    B.

    At the first regular meeting in October, or as soon thereafter as possible, the board shall elect by majority vote of the board members, and from the board members, a chair and such other officers as the board deems to be desirable. These officers shall hold office until their successors are elected.
