§ 14.10.010. Purpose and authority.

A.

The purpose of this chapter is to establish an official method of naming streets within the rural district of the borough and to establish an official map showing all official street names.

B.

The planning commission, acting upon recommendations from the administration and after hearing public testimony, when applicable, shall establish the official name of a street within the rural district of the borough.
