A person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to civil penalties,
injunctive relief, or both. The owner, agent, contractor, lessee or tenant of any
part of a structure or premises in which a part of a violation of this chapter shall
exist, is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more
than the amount listed in the most current Kenai Peninsula Borough Schedule of Rates,
Charges and Fees. Each and every day that a violation continues shall be deemed a
separate and distinct violation.
